The monograph disintegrates into two parts. Part I contains essays of life and philosophy (Logos) Hercelite Efesse, as well as the analysis of its metaphorical language, without an understanding of which the path to the philosophical thought of Hercelite is closed. The main conclusion: Heraclitis was not a physicist-"Dosocracy ", but the ethical political and theological thinker of the reformist warehouse, his treatise largely anticipates the problems of the" states" of Plato, and in the ethics and philosophy of nature contains all the main provisions of stoicism. Part II is a new critical edition of the Greek text (logos) of the preserved geraclite fragments with Russian translation and comment. This edition differs from previously preceding the new editorial board of Greek text, but also by the composition and arrangement of fragments, seeking, if possible, reconstruct in general terms the initial text and the structure of the lost treatise of the Hercelite "about nature"
