The monograph reveals the principles of a value-oriented approach to managing logistics systems of public urban passenger transport, relevant to the conditions of a customer-centric economy and aimed at increasing the sustainability of the city's passenger transport complex in the context of the development of alternative forms of urban mobility. The conceptual basis of the author's concept of a value-oriented approach is the understanding of the duality of service recipients in the logistics system of urban public passenger transport - passengers and the city, which allows justifying strategic decisions on the development of the logistics system of public urban passenger transport by balancing the parameters of service and passenger flows, achieving satisfaction of recipients' needs while adhering to constraints on their financing.
