The Caribbean Crisis escalated into the Third World War. The opposing sides no longer adhere to any rules or laws. The main motto now is "whoever wins is right." In Kamchatka, the US fleet and marine infantry are landing a landing force. The landing force has two main objectives. The primary one is to capture a foothold from which other territories of the USSR can be attacked: Sakhalin, Primorye, and Eastern Siberia. And the second is to capture a huge piece of territory not contaminated by radioactive fallout. This territory is defended by very insignificant Russian forces - at least that's what American admirals and generals think. The Russians, however, have a different opinion, but who cares about that?
