The workbook "Literature" is part of the educational and methodological set for literature for the 8th grade under the editorship of V. Ya. Korovina. The goal of the workbook is to teach eighth graders to analyze literary works, formulate their own attitude towards them, retell the work using figurative language and quotes from the text, create oral and written expressions of different types, and engage in dialogue. The workbook consists of two parts. The second part includes sections "Assessing my knowledge" (tasks for thematic control) and "Summing up" (tasks for final control). At the end of the second part, correct answers are provided, which will allow both students and teachers to check completed tasks and adjust further work to improve the quality of knowledge in a relatively short period of time. The literature workbook is intended for independent work by students, but can also be used by language teachers to prepare for lessons, by parents to check homework, and by students and teachers of philological faculties of pedagogical universities. 5th revised edition.
