The textbook is designed to enrich the vocabulary and develop the speech activities of first graders. It will help students learn to fully and elaborately answer questions about the text, ask questions about the text, verbally illustrate episodes, formulate their own attitude towards what they have read, and create small texts of their own. The manual is intended for primary school teachers working with the literary reading program by L. F. Klimanova, M. V. Boykina (UMK 'School of Russia'), and can also be used as an additional tool for literary reading, for organizing leisure activities in the family, and implementing extracurricular activities within the framework of club work. Complies with the federal state educational standard of primary general education.
