The manual "Literacy Training: Reading and Retelling" is the third stage of the literacy and speech development system for preschool children and is part of the set of workbooks "Literacy Training". Various tasks in the manual, selected taking into account the age characteristics of 6-7-year-old children, will help: develop children's skill of fluent reading, diversify types of work with texts, introduce theoretical concepts such as "sentence", "word", "syllable", "sound", "letter", "stress" into children's active vocabulary, expand their active vocabulary, improve the grammatical structure and coherent speech of children, enhance children's skills in working with word schemes, teach children to provide basic characteristics of sounds in the Russian language (vowels and consonants, hard and soft consonants, voiced and voiceless sounds), continue working on developing writing skills.
The album is designed for conducting group activities with 6-7-year-old children in preschool educational institutions and can also be used by parents to organize independent developmental activities for children.
