Linguoculturology: textbook

The textbook sets out the theoretical foundations of linguoculturology that reflect its formation as a new branch of knowledge, characterize basic concepts and categorical discipline apparatus, and discuss the problems of linguistic and cultural conceptology. The authors demonstrate how the linguoculturological approach will attach to the study of various linguistic units, highlight the methods of representing culture in the language, discuss the issues of a linguistic personality as a bearer of a certain cultural code, masculinity / femininity of linguistic cultures, and the translation is considered as an object of study in linguoculturology. The textbook is compiled taking into account the requirements of the state educational standard of higher professional education.
