The textbook was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education.
The training manual presents the theoretical foundations of the safety of life, civil defense. The conditions of emergency situations of a technogenic, natural, environmental, biological nature, the laws of their manifestation, regulatory legal acts, classification, information on forecasting emergency situations are considered. Recommendations on behavior during technological and natural emergencies are presented. Measures for emergency prevention are described.
