This book is a full-fledged Guide to Asho"s Active Meditation. This meditation is the lack of thoughts, immersion in the special state of "Lurestania", when the mind stops completely, and not just a 20-minute complex of exercise.
The book consists of three parts. In the first OSHO, it establishes the principles of meditation, explains the main techniques of meditative techniques and tells why the presence of the master is necessary to "get" before enlightenment. The second part is the answers to the questions of students about meditation, they will help beginner seekers to navigate in a variety of techniques. In the final part, you are encouraged to explain the basic methods of meditation - both the traditional and those that Osho created specifically for the modern Western society
