Library Fund: Dictionary-Reference

This publication is a Library Fund Dictionary-Directory. The relevance of its preparation is due to the need to introduce significant changes in thermoslastic in the library foundation arising from a number of modern factors. Conceptual importance for such changes was recognized by the basic concept of Document.
