Collection of letters about yoga Sri Aurobindo is not just an epistolar heritage of the Great Indian thinker. He wrote most of these letters during the period of 14-year-old indentation (1926-1940), when they were the only means of communication with students. Therefore, they contain and comprehensive coverage of the most diverse aspects of integral yoga, and answers to the most burning questions, and simply reasoning to any affected topics (about art, politics, unusual phenomena, etc) Letters are conventionally connounced by the compilers of the collection in the form of sections on the topic prevailing in them, so each such section has an independent value and, despite the apparent fragmentation, its logic of the development of the dominant idea. Reading these letters, you can easily enter the world of integral yoga, not on the way of the methodical study of treatises, and imperceptibly drawn into the relaxed decor of the conversations of the Grand Teacher with students
