The study of Professor I.I.I.Godinsky, published in Kazan in 1914, is devoted to the early period of the creative path of the great German philosopher of Gottfried Leibnic, a multi-line and sometimes contradictory process of forming its metaphysical system. The books are analyzed in detail the works of Leibnitsa, in which questions of philosophy and theology, logic and jurisprudence are addressed. The detailed issues of interaction of jurisprudence with morality, politics and philosophy is quite relevant and today.
