This book is a historical and philosophical essay dedicated to the comparative analysis of the general philosophical constructions of Descartes and Leibnia. The work was written and first published in Kazan University in 1915. The origins of the new European metaphysics, fully formed just thanks to the ideas of the Descartes, the leibher and their contemporaries, again and re-activate, are updated and attract close attention at the next time. A modern way of philosophizing is getting closer to these sources, committing another return to the beginning of philosophy.
