The proposed educational manual systematically sets out the main issues of the theory and practice of legal translation from the standpoint of modern translation concepts. Its goal is to develop the translation competence of students-legal entities and future translators in the field of written and oral translation of legal texts of all types: scientific, legal, legislative, used in legal proceedings and legal documents. The manual can also be useful to graduate students and applicants for legal universities and faculties in preparation for a candidate exam in a foreign language (English, German, French)
