Legal support of state investment policy

The monograph presents a comprehensive concept of legal support for state investment policy. Project financing, special investment contracts, territories with a special legal regime for entrepreneurial activities, innovative scientific and technological centers, investment funds, and many other instruments found in Russian and foreign law are considered by the author as means of implementing such policy.
