In a monograph based on an economic and legal approach and comparative legal analysis, a modern conceptual apparatus is investigated, as well as a system of funds in the field of legal support for the quality and safety of goods.
The study is built on the basis of the existence and implementation of the five main groups of legal assembly of the quality and safety of goods: generally binding regulatory legal acts, funds expressed in the form of legal acts that do not have compliance with the conformity of goods, legal funds, legal funds, legal funds, legal funds civil law security funds.
In general, the study is of a comprehensive (intersectoral) nature, the development of private and public law aspects of quality and safety of goods is subjected to development. At the same time, in this work, priority is given to the consideration of private aspects of the quality and safety of goods and only within the necessary limits the public law aspects are analyzed.
The work is evaluated by the reform of technical regulation, carried out in recent decades in our country. Technical regulations and standards are considered not only in the role of instruments of technical regulation of entrepreneurship, but also as a means that promote civil law support and safety of goods.
The book is intended for a wide range of readers: scientists, teachers, bachelors, undergraduates, graduate students, representatives of state authorities, practicing lawyers, entrepreneurs, experts in the field
