Legal support for state management in the field of protection and use of animal objects

The monograph presents the concept of legal support for state management in the field of protection and use of wildlife, explores theoretical and legal aspects of the issue, develops doctrinal criteria for the effectiveness of legal support for state wildlife management, and identifies the role of principles of legal support for state management that contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of legislative activities and law enforcement practices, giving a conceptual character to wildlife legislation.
