Legal status of an autonomous educational institution

According to the Federal Law On Autonomous Institutions in Russia, along with budget, officials and private educational institutions, it is envisaged to create a separate type of state (municipal) educational institutions - autonomous institutions.
The methodological manual describes the mechanism of creating and legal status of an autonomous educational institution, taking into account the Federal Law on Education in the Russian Federation. Legal assessment of the legal aspects of management, property status, financial and economic activity, responsibility and reporting is given.
General and special requirements imposed on the charter of an autonomous educational institution are described. As an example, samples of some local regulatory acts from the author"s experience of the manual are given
