Legal regulation of transplantology. Monography

The scientific monograph aims to determine the legal basis for the donation and transplantation of human organs (tissues) in accordance with modern Russian legislation, to identify the prospects for their development in the conditions of the expanded billing activity.
Independent objects of the study are: the consent of the recipient to transplantation of human organs (tissues), the procedure for withdrawing organs (tissues) both in a living donor and a corpse, determination of the moment of death of a person, donor rights, criminal liability of medical workers and other citizens for violations in the field of transplantology, etc.
