Legal regulation of contract work for state needs

In the presented monograph, the author explores contractual work for state needs as a way to implement state authorities of public administration functions. The sources of legal regulation of contracting work for state needs are considered, the provisions of the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 are being analyzed.

The author addresses certain legal problems arising in law enforcement practices when concluding and execute a state contract for contracting work for state needs, possible options for their solution are offered. The legal peculiarities of responsibility for violation of the legislation regulating the work under study, and the state contract for contracting work for state needs are investigated. The possibility of applying warranty retention as a method for ensuring the fulfillment of obligations in the implementation of the work under study is considered.
The author examines the legal relations arising from the protection of the rights of participants in contracting work for state needs and in the field of control and oversight of contracting for state needs.
