The monograph is the result of many years of research by the authors on the issues of legal existence and is dedicated to the philosophical-legal examination of legal reality as a multi-aspect phenomenon. On one hand, it is seen as a result of social construction, and on the other hand, it determines the intentions of legal existence and the interaction of individuals, social groups, and society with each other and with the state. In the monograph, legal reality is presented not only conceptually, but also systematically and functionally, taking into account not only ontological, but also axiological aspects. The authors analyze in detail the essence, content, and functioning of legal reality and its individual elements within a specific spatial-temporal continuum, with a special focus on Russia as a transitive society. The monograph is primarily aimed at specialists in the field of legal theory and philosophy, but will also be of interest to representatives of legal sciences and other branches of the humanities, as well as graduate students and students of law schools and faculties, and to all those interested in theoretical and philosophical issues of law.
