The publication covers a wide range of legal aspects in the implementation of professional pharmaceutical activities. The legal status of pharmaceutical workers, the procedure for admission to professional activities, rights and obligations, as well as legislative restrictions in the implementation of professional activities are analyzed. The general procedure for legal regulation of the circulation of medicinal products is presented: state registration, production and labeling, wholesale and retail trade procedures, storage, and disposal of medicinal products. Special attention is paid to the analysis of legislation and law enforcement practice, conditions and procedures for the onset of legal liability for pharmaceutical workers.
