The proposed book analyzes the current legislation of the Russian Federation on the treatment of drugs for medical use. The work investigates such basic categories as the concept of drugs and drugs for medical use, general provisions on business entities in the pharmaceutical market, issues of state regulation of the sphere of treatment of drugs for medical use, and drug support for the population.
