The textbook was prepared in accordance with the working program of the discipline "Information Law", taught at the Moscow State Law University named after O. E.Kutafina (MGU).
In the proposed textbook, the subject, methods, the main trends in the development of the science of informational law are considered, the state of modern information legislation. The main features and signs of the information society and the information and legal mechanism of the impact of the right to informational relations are revealed. The basic institutions of informational law are disclosed in detail: information security, personal data, electronic document management, legal regulation of the media, etc. Special attention is paid to the mechanisms of combating cybercrime and cybersecurity.
Regulatory acts are used as of May 1, 2012.
