Leadership workshops in a kindergarten. An album for modern educational activities in a pre-school group preparing for school.
The album is designed in accordance with the FSES preschool education, as part of the implementation of the partial program 'Rising Stars'. It is aimed at developing children's socio-communicative competencies related to team building in various types of joint activities of preschoolers.
The manual contains scenarios for 7 leadership workshops, including as structural components the identification of sympathies and common interests, team building and the formation of a common vision based on various game-based learning situations, interactive visual, game, and practical tasks to develop social intelligence and demonstrate leadership qualities such as vitality and empathy, self-confidence, organizational and communicative abilities, responsibility and fairness, personal authority in the group.
The album is recommended for organizing individual, subgroup, and group activities of preparatory school group students in the conditions of a kindergarten. It is intended for educators and tutors, pedagogical psychologists, and social educators in preschool education.
