The monograph explores the concept of monopoly in Russian legislation and legal doctrine, the main strategies and state of legal policy in the field of monopolistic activities. The author's views on the subject, method, and principles of legal regulation of antimonopoly law and the corresponding problems of legal regulation of natural monopolies are presented in the work. The concepts of 'agreements and concerted actions' in antimonopoly legislation, 'legal forms' of countering monopolistic activities, 'antimonopoly liability' as an independent type of legal responsibility, the 'legal regime' of monopolistic activities of state and municipal bodies, and antimonopoly law enforcement acts are evaluated.
