The work is devoted to a comparative study of the legal problems of the development of the general sociocultural and economic space and interaction in the framework of the formation of the "zones of knowledge" of integration associations of the states of the modernity - the EAEU and the EU. The subject of consideration was legal strategies and models of regulating international economic integration and scientific and technical cooperation of the EAEU member states aimed at the formation of the legal basis of the integrated research space and increasing the efficiency of legal regulation of integration processes. This work is interdisciplinary in nature: the analysis of the legal aspects of "knowledge zones" cannot be closed in the narrow framework of one scientific specialty, which is due to the complexity of the problems and the comparative legal nature of the study.
The legislation is given as of October 1, 2020
The book is designed for scientists and practitioners - lawyers, sociologists and economists, students and graduate students of higher educational institutions of legal and economic profiles, as well as those who are interested in fundamental issues of international economic integration and scientific and technical cooperation.
The study was carried out with the financial support of the RFFIF in the framework of the scientific project No. 18-29-15014 "The effectiveness of the legal regulation of the formation of the" zone of knowledge "of integration associations of states (for example, the comparative legal study of the EU and the EAEU)
