The training manual discusses a variety of aspects of the legal regulation of the resolution of corporate conflicts complicated by a foreign element. The directions of improving Russian legislation in this area are proposed and substantiated, taking into account foreign experience. Considerable attention is paid to foreign elements in corporate disputes, conflicts of their resolution by various systems of law are analyzed.
