The publication includes issues on the main topics of the course "International Civil Procedure", tasks and practical situations for them, a list of recommended literature, regulatory acts and judicial practice. The workshop is fully consistent with the content of the work program of the discipline developed at the Department of International Private and Civil Law named after S. N. Lebedeva International Faculty of Internal Affairs of the MGIMO Foreign Ministry of Russia.

intended for students of master"s programs of the International Legal Faculty of MGIMO Foreign Ministry, as well as other higher educational institutions, students of additional professional education programs. The main objective of the book is to develop practical skills in working with situations involving the resolution of private law disputes in state courts complicated by a foreign element, as well as implying the need to apply for cooperation to foreign judicial authorities when considering private law disputes. In addition, the workshop is aimed at developing critical thinking skills
