The textbook was prepared in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education in the field of training 40.03.01 (030900.62) "Jurisprudence" (qualification (degree) "Bachelor").
The work contains an analysis of the criminal legal assessment of the acts of several persons involved in the commission of one crime. Structurally, the allowance is divided into five sections. The first section gives a general characteristic of different types of multiplicity of persons in the crime, analysis of the legal nature of complicity and other types of multiplicity of persons. In the second, issues of the criminal legal assessment of the acts of several persons involved in the commission of one crime that are not complicity are considered. The third and fourth sections are devoted to complicity (in its traditional understanding) as an institution of the common part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The fifth section analyzes special norms on complicity in the crime contained in the special part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
In the work, legislation, law enforcement, scientific concepts are understood in the work, alternative options for solving difficult practical problems.
The legislation is given as of January 1, 2021
The manual is intended for students studying in the specialty of "jurisprudence" (undergraduate) of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (Moscow State University), but can be used by undergraduates, graduate students, teachers of legal educational institutions, as well as scientific and practical employees
