The globalization of international commercial turnover leads to the expansion of economic relations. The effective implementation of entrepreneurial activity in international markets is largely facilitated by contacting persons,
ensuring the distribution of goods, works, services, regardless of the location of their manufacturer.
The monograph sets out an author’s approach to the concept, essential signs and features of voluntary representation in international commercial circulation. Theoretical and practical issues related to unified substantiated legal and conflict regulation, as well as Russian and foreign conflict regulation of relations of voluntary representation, developing in international commercial circulation, are analyzed. The gaps in the applicable legal regulation were identified and proposals have been developed to improve legislation and unified documents regulating relations of a cross -border commercial representation.
