The monograph is devoted to interdisciplinary research of the problems of legal and forensic support for counteracting the spread of extremist-terrorist ideology of religious discourse. The first part of the work discusses the concepts of the language of enmity, verbal religious extremism, insulting the feelings of believers and other manifestations of criminogenic speech aggression through the prism of international, Russian and foreign law. The author offers forensic diagnostic complexes of religiously motivated extremist speech actions that are relevant to the methodological support of forensic linguistic examination of religious extremist-terrorist discourse. The second part of the monograph reveals the conceptual foundations of the forensic examination of a religious materials of an extremist-terrorist orientation, and attention is paid to the procedural issues of using special knowledge in cases related to manifestations of verbal religious extremism.
