The book V. Mayakovsky and Soviet copyright in 1917-1930 ”continues a series of popular science works dedicated to the development of the Institute of Russian Copyright and Hereditary Law. The author explores the work of V.V. Mayakovsky on the basis of Soviet laws and regulatory acts that regulated relations between the writer and the authorities from 1917 to 1930, as well as the reasons for the personal tragedy of Soviet poet No. 1 as a consistent adherent of the ideas of L.D. Trotsky.
A significant part of the work presented is devoted to the process of the formation of Soviet civil law in the conditions of the dominance of ideological principles of revolutionary feasibility and class struggle of the proletariat, as well as the analysis of the existing judicial practice, including the determination of the Civil Cassation Collegium (GKK) of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR on these issues
