Updated arbitration proceedings as a result of the implementation of the concept of development of the judicial system

The monograph discusses the main changes in the rules of arbitration proceedings, which were the result of consistent reform of both the judicial system of Russia as a whole and procedural legislation in particular. The content of updated formulations of the norms of arbitration procedural law, as well as the formal judicial practice of applying these short stories, is analyzed. At the same time, the ideas of the legislative power and the legal community on the development of the judicial system of Russia and procedural legislation in the future are proposed. In addition, the work contains a number of proposals aimed at unifying the rules of legal proceedings in civil cases, in order to overcome identified gaps and inaccuracies in the studied legal relations.
