The monograph was prepared by a team of teachers of the Department of Civil and Administrative proceedings of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (Moscow State University) The work conducted a study of changes taking place over the past two decades in the Russian civilistic procedural legislation in terms of its unification. The authors conducted a comparative analysis of the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, agro -industrial complex, CAS, justified differences were identified, and the
also provisions that need unification. The work sets out various opinions regarding possible approaches to the unification of procedural legislation, including in the form of the creation of a single civil procedural code, and other models of improving civilistic procedural legislation are also proposed for discussion, including other approaches to unifying regulatory provisions. The authors also turn to foreign experience, which is of interest to the further development of procedural legislation.
