The training manual discusses various scientific approaches to the construction of a typology of social and labor relations in a market economy, as well as the corresponding conceptual-cathegoric apparatus.
Particular attention is paid to issues of empirical interpretation of different views on the main types of socio-labor relations (paternalism, social partnership, competition, solidarity, subsidiary, discrimination, conflict, antagonism, exploitation) Some approaches to the construction of a modal typology of socio-labor relations are highlighted.
The manual is accompanied by tables and drawings. The legal aspect of types of social and labor relations is set out taking into account the current legislation.
