Digitalization as a modern stage of informatization of society covers almost all spheres of human activity. Digitalization of power is a consistent and logical process characteristic of most modern developed states.
The subject of analysis of this work is the legal regulation and organization of the introduction of digital technologies in the field of management of foreign countries. The purpose of the work is to analyze organizational and legal measures to introduce the latest information and communication technologies in managerial activity and evaluate their influence on the process of its digitalization.
Using an example of a number of states (Germany, France, Australia, Poland, India), which have various starting conditions in the process of informatization of society, a general picture of the current state of digitalization of the executive branch and its consequences for citizens is presented.
