In the monograph, the author analyzed the content of transport law as a comprehensive branch of legislation. The structure of the work is due to the division of transport legislation into subworms in accordance with the types of transport: regulatory legal acts are sequentially described, which at the moment regulate public relations on railway, automobile, air, sea and river, as well as pipeline transport. Particular attention is paid to existing trends in the development of transport legislation, including abroad. Proposals have been made to change the legislation, which, according to the author, are the most relevant at the time of preparation of this publication. At the end of the monograph, a list of sources of transport law is given. Labor will be interesting to students practicing lawyers, judges, as well as to everyone who is interested in transport law and whose activities are related to the functioning of transport
