Transport crimes: concept, types, characteristics. Monograph

The work has an analysis of the most difficult problems of transport crimes: their concepts and signs, threats to the safety of transport and their reflection in the legislation and doctrine of criminal law, classification, etc. shows the historical development of the norms on responsibility for these acts in Russian legislation and the specifics of its regulation in foreign criminal law. Specific compositions of transport crimes are considered, while special attention is paid to their signs, ambiguously interpreted in theory and in practice.
