The proposed monograph is devoted to the integrated problems of training business legalists in a digital economy. The book sets out the legal foundations of the digitalization of the educational process in aspects of both federal and local rule -making. The Russian and foreign experience in using digital technologies in legal education is considered. The legal status of subjects of the digital educational environment, including disabled people and persons with disabilities, is represented.
The options for building an individual educational trajectory of students are shown. The use of a competency -based approach to higher education was investigated. The digital competencies of lawyers and a diverse arsenal of their development tools are analyzed.
The infrastructure of the university in the context of the formation of entrepreneurial competencies is characterized. Assessment of the applied new digital educational technologies, including on the basis of the analysis of the results of copyright sociological studies.
