Trans -border loan agreement. Right and practice

The study in this book is devoted to a transformed loan agreement widely used in international circulation. The conclusion of the specified agreement may occur at different levels: loans can be provided with the participation of both small regional companies and large transnational enterprises, banks and government bodies. One of the common features of most of these agreements is the standard formulations used by market participants, as well as standard forms of loan agreements separately published by international and national market associations. Such formulations and standards make up the main part of the study. The author also gives the reader to look at the regulation of a loan agreement in ancient and modern law (including Muslim), at his concept, participants, objects and issues of applicable law.
