Time and terms in the criminal law of Russia. Monograph

The work has a comprehensive analysis of time and terms in the criminal law of the Russian Federation. The origins of the “Time” category penetration into the humanities as a whole and the criminal law in particular are shown the ratio of the “right” and "time ”, their functions and temporal levels are analyzed, temporal functional categories in criminal law have been developed, and the grounds for the rules on reverse force have been studied. Criminal Law, the conceptual foundations of the temporality of criminal law tests are established and its evolution is traced. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the terms of testing in institutions of exemption from criminal liability and punishment, including their criminological validity. The issues of taking into account the circumstances of the time during the criminalization of acts and the construction of crimes. The circumstances of the time are also considered as a temporal border between criminal and impassive, determinants of changing the degree of public danger of acts and a criterion for assessing harm caused.
