The textbook proposed to readers is aimed at covering the important direction of prosecutorial activities - the participation of the prosecutor in the consideration of civil, administrative and arbitration cases (theoretical and practical aspects of this participation) It sets out the history of the Russian prosecutor’s office, the theoretical, legal and methodological aspects of the organization of the participation of the prosecutor in the consideration of civil, administrative and arbitration cases.
