The monograph is devoted to the analysis of the provisions of the criminal law on liability for an unfinished crime and on a voluntary refusal to commit a crime and the practice of their application. The work presents the legal characteristic of an unfinished crime, solving the general problems of differentiation of criminal liability for the unfinished crime and private criminal law issues of qualifications that arise in the presence of mezhinestical ties of the unfinished crime, signs of voluntary refusal of crime, the multiplicity of crimes, complicity in the crime, etc. Analyzed the current Criminal legislation and judicial practice, including the positions set forth in the decisions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, determining the main directions in the qualifications of unfinished crimes. Discussion moments of the problem under study are shown, copyright solutions are presented on most of the theoretical and applied issues
