The training manual presents a general characteristic of the sources of legal regulation of intellectual rights. The book reflects not only the current state of regulation of civil protection of the results of intellectual activity and equated means of individualization, but also its historical development. A comprehensive and systemic analysis of the current legislation, law enforcement practice and existing scientific theories in the field of intellectual rights. Particular attention is paid to the study of international treaties in the field of the protection of intellectual rights in which the Russian Federation is involved.
The author proceeded from the need to provide students with the most relevant information on issues related to the sources of legal regulation of intellectual rights, including taking into account the need for its subsequent practical application.
Theoretical problems of the development of civil protection of the results of intellectual activity and the means of individualization in this manual are affected to the extent that it is necessary to master the training course.
