The textbook was compiled in accordance with the program of the lecture course "Legal regime of land under the facilities of electric power read by the author to students of the bachelor"s faculty of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov. It can also be used in preparation in compulsory disciplines of undergraduate "Land Law," Environmental Law ".
A special emphasis in the work is placed on restrictions on the rights of owners, users, owners, tenants of land plots occupied by electric power facilities or located within the boundaries of zones with special conditions for the use of territories established in connection with the placement of such objects.
The book takes into account changes made on August 3, 2018 to the Urban Planning and Land Codes of the Russian Federation, other legislative acts. The legislation is provided as of September 1, 2018, legal norms that enter into force in 2019 and subsequent years are also noted and analyzed.
The work is focused on students of law faculties and universities, as well as a wide range of employees of energy companies, lawyers, lawyers, consultants specializing in resolving land and legal issues in connection with the placement and operation on land plots of electric power facilities
