This monograph is devoted to the study of the system of legal regulation of cross -border relations in the field of industrial property. Particular attention is paid to the system of principles, substantive and conflict-legal regulation of cross-border relations in the field of industrial property. Expanded comments, the formation of the latest scientific approaches to the international legal protection of industrial property, the consideration of the national regulatory legal regulation of cross-border relations in the field of industrial property in the Russian Federation and the whole of foreign states are supplemented by the analysis of Russian and foreign judicial practice by the consideration of cases complicated by a foreign element of disputes arising from Violations of rights to industrial property.
