The monograph contains the results of a study, the purpose of which is to create the theoretical and legal foundations of the doctrine about the subject of a corruption crime that determine the signs of the subject of this crime, reflecting the social danger and signs of this crime. It considers the concept of corruption crime and the system of corruption crimes in the criminal law of Russia, the system of norms on the corruption crime in the criminal law of Russia, the concept of the subject of corruption crime and the construction of a system of subjects of corruption crimes in the criminal law of Russia, international legal and foreign experience in determining signs, concepts and the types of subjects of corruption crimes, the problems of legislative consolidation of a legal entity as a subject of responsibility for corruption in international, foreign and Russian criminal law.
