The monograph reveals the role and significance of non -state pension funds in compulsory pension insurance systems and non -state pension provision, investigates the impact of the results of their activities on increasing the level of pension provision of citizens of the Russian Federation. To this end, the work states the theoretical and methodological foundations of studying the topic, namely: the basic paradigms are distinguished, the categorical-acceptance apparatus is specified, foreign experience is analyzed and summarized. Particular attention is paid to monitoring the current state of activity of Russian non -state pension funds, identifying existing problems and proposals for their solution.
