The monograph analyzes the negative manifestation of freedom of conscience and religion as in the internal sphere (forum Internet), and in the external sphere (Feram Externum), the author’s concept of describing the structure and content of negative freedom of conscience and religion is presented, and the permissible limits and restrictions on the freedom of religion in a negative measurement are clarified .
